A correction belongs to a context
Mission name, target reference, observation point, map scale, shell, elevation state, and build date should travel together. Without that context, a number copied into another operation may create a new miss.
Publish the observation chain
Write the original input, the impact result, the single correction, and the next result. State whether the test was repeated. This makes the page useful to players while keeping the boundary between observation and general rule visible.

The site currently provides the recording workflow. Mission-specific coordinates and corrections remain pending direct testing and are not presented as verified facts.
